Kit list for adventure cycling in the Arctic Circle in winter

Here’s what I took with me on my winter cycle-tour to the Russian and Norwegian Arctic Circle. With this packing list I tried to be as self-sufficient as possible, which means that I brought camping gear, cookware, and other items to sleep and eat outside.

What is not in the picture: cycling clothing, one pair of sneakers, ductape, thermometer, bag with (spare) food and water.

Furthermore, there is this bicycle with two Vaude front and rear bags, and an extra bag on the back. The bicycle has two bottle holders, bicycle pump, Schwalbe spikes tires and a Brooks B17 saddle.

Oh, that plastic bottles turned out to a not so good idea. They got frozen in 30 minutes. You might use a thermos instead.
